GroupID 8, 9, and 10 - Self-Service

More Information:

Self-Service portals are fully customizable and brandable. You can change the logo, color scheme, and the page layout for a portal to trim it according to your intranet environment, so that it's a unified experience for your users.

For GroupID 8:

Logo Specifications:

The image file to replace the default logo should have the following specifications:

  • File format: PNG
  • Dimensions (width x height): 189 x 66 pixels
Steps to change the default portal logo:
  1. Go to the location:
     
    X:\Program Files\Imanami\GroupID 8.0\SelfService\Inetpub\<portal name>\Web\Content\Images\Layout
    (where X represents the GroupID installation drive).
     
  2. Rename AppTitle.png to AppTitle.png.bk, to back up the existing logo.
     
  3. Copy your new logo file to this location and rename it to AppTitle.

If you do not see the desired results, clear your browser's cache.

For GroupID 9 and 10:

Logo Specifications:

The image file to replace the default logo should have the following specifications:

  • File format: PNG, JPG, JPE, JPEG
  • Dimensions (width x height): 30x30 pixels
Steps to change the default portal logo:
  1. In GroupID Management Console, select Self-Service > Portals > [Required portal] > Server.
     
  2. On the Settings tab, use the Portal Logo setting to change the portal’s logo.
    Click Browse to select and upload a logo of your choice for display in the portal.

If you do not see the desired results, clear your browser's cache.
